The RCC Guitar Festival and Competition is a free event. The competition is open to all and winners get scholarships to study in the RCC Guitar Program. In addition, there are master classes and concerts by guest artists. This year we will feature jazz guitarist Wolf Marshall and Duo Cintemani with classical guitarist Nick Ciraldo and flautist Rachel Taratoot Ciraldo. The event will be at the Coil School for the Arts at Riverside City College, 3890 University Avenue, Riverside, CA, 92501
